Ground Floor

  • Kitchen with open log fireplace and large table seating ten. Gaggenau appliances and a large range with double oven. Double doors lead onto the terrace at the front of the house and to the side of the house, the barbeque area.
  • Leading off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for eight.
  • Leading off the dining room is the living room with double doors onto the terrace at the front of the house and a second more intimate terrace to the side of the house.
  • Other rooms include a guest toilet and separate utility pantry area.

First Floor

  • Two large double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.
  • Two further double bedrooms.
  • A large family bathroom.
  • All of the bedrooms have views to the front of the house overlooking the pool and terrace.

The guardian of the property lives unobtrusively in a separate apartment to the rear of the property.
